Disclaimer

This site is intended to be light hearted and fun. It is aimed at providing a little relief from busy training schedule and intense workouts. Please do not try any of these workouts if you haven't been trained in the movements. Please scale the movements, weights and drinking amounts as need based on your ability. We don't want a bunch of stupid people getting hammered and injuring themselves. Also, if you aren't of legal drinking age leave this site now. We don't want your videos or participation. We all had to wait til we turned 21 to drink, and so do you. Please come back when you do turn 21 though. Seriously, come back.
